  • In a lying position, raise the bent right knee at right angles to the chest, and with the left elbow (hands behind the head) try to reach it and at the same time straighten the leg. Do the same with the left knee and right elbow. Repeat 15 times.
  • In the supine position with legs bent, turn the knees to the right. At the same time, the arms (under the back of the head), the head and upper back should be raised. The muscles of the neck must be strained so that the head is level with the torso. Repeat 15 times in each direction.
  • Perform the usual push-ups from the floor. In this case, flexion of the elbow joints should be no less than at a right angle. And strain the neck muscles so that the head looks straight. Repeat to start 20 times, and then the number of exercises can be increased. Such push-ups help improve neck blood circulation and can even eliminate headaches.
